Placeholder. This is a structural draft, not final legal copy, and it is not legal advice. Real policies are being prepared and will replace this before JobHearth takes payments.
What we collect
The account details you give us when you sign up, and the business records you create in the app — your clients, jobs, schedule, documents and photos.
We also collect basic technical information needed to run the service, such as sign-in times and error reports.
What we do with it
We use it to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your customers' details with anyone.
Who can see your business data
Your business records are yours. Operational information about accounts — how many exist, whether they are active — is visible to us so we can run the service.
Access to the contents of an individual account happens only with cause: when you ask us for support, or where security or the law requires it.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers, who process it on our behalf under their own security commitments. Specific providers and regions will be listed here in the final policy.
Keeping and deleting data
You can export your data and you can ask us to delete your account. The specific retention periods will be stated here in the final policy.
