Terms of Service

JobHearth is job-management software for contractors. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put into it, including anything you send to your customers.

You need an account to use the service. Keep your sign-in details secure — anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

New accounts get 30 days of full access with no credit card required. After that, JobHearth Pro is $19 per month, billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time.

If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, your account is paused rather than deleted: you keep your data and can restore access by subscribing. The exact retention period will be stated here in the final terms.

Your business records belong to you. You can export them, and you can ask us to delete your account. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

JobHearth lets your customers sign documents electronically. You are responsible for confirming that an electronic signature is appropriate for your work and your jurisdiction, and for the contents of the documents you send.

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The final terms will set out the limitations of liability and the governing law.

If these terms change in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
